If you have questions about how to navigate ARIEL and its functionality, please see the 'Instructions for Applicants' document on the Templates page first.  

If you have questions on the content of a pre-authorization for research to proceed to REB form, please contact the Office of Research and Innovation for assistance, at research.innovation@nygh.on.ca.

If you have questions on the content of any other forms in ARIEL, please contact the NYGH Research Ethics Board office for assistance, at reb@nygh.on.ca.  

If you are having system problems using ARIEL, please email reb@nygh.on.ca.  If possible, please include the following information in your email: 

•  Full details for user that is having the problem, their email address would help.
•  Outline of the problem
•  If possible, steps to replicate
•  If possible, a screen grab of the problem or error message
•  URL of the page you are having the problem with.
•  In some instances, if you can record a video of the problem, we encourage this as it will help with the investigation.

Please note that some problems are likely as we roll out ARIEL at NYGH, especially in the beginning.  Please be patient and help us improve the system and its functionality.

Please remember to 'update' to the most recent version of the applications, when indicated.  This may help resolve any issues you may be having.  Thank you!
